Responsibilities may be quite diverse of an exempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.This position will support talent advisors in the recruiting organization. Talent Advisors work as a consultant to Intel's business groups provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent needed in support of technology development and product roadmaps. Responsibilities will include supporting one or more of the recruiting functions including: talent research, candidate attraction, requisition management, operational reporting, and candidate or hiring manager support.
