As Senior Manager of Operations, you will lead a highly talented team covering the global supply chain supporting and meeting Intel PSG business goals involving internal and external operation metrics, value engineering and supplier-customer engagements.

Specific responsibilities include the following:- a. Define, develop and execute operations strategies and plans meeting financial and customer expectations, b. Oversee the global supply chain pipeline processes and functions and define/make/drive recommendation for improvements, c. Provide organizational leadership building strong teamwork, d. Ensuring business continuity with proactive planning techniques, e. Engage in customer experience with key customers driving improvements and satisfaction in the Quarterly Operations Review scorecard, f. Identify supply chain blind spots and engineer/formulate solutions and take ownership of strategic initiatives, g. Self-initiative with "think out of the box" mindset, h. Lead and drive for supply chain efficiency achieving efficient costs, inventory control, lead time predictability meeting key customers' expectations without sacrificing quality, i. Build strong customer-supplier partnership, and Lead Operations transformation through scientific and statistical methodologies utilizing the fully integrated system capabilities.
