Remote Operational Center Group Lead

Job Description

in this position, you will be building and developing a team of Manufacturing Specialists including personal and team development and Manage ROC (remote operational center) performance and productivity in safely and quality manner. 
This job involves integrated work with multiple users and teams across factory departments. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Build environment of teamwork, provide guidance and ensure employees development. 
Analyze line performance, set plans, find solutions, communicate and ensure execution. 
Lead and proactively manage and drive all relevant resources in order to meet ROC and Fab operational targets. 
Be an Expert in operational principles, factory and areas mode of operation, workstation methods and Fab production goals. 
Mastering of factory WIP management (philosophy and tools) with the ability to coach and train operation employees. 
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing Line management metrics and methods in order to maximize equipment output and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.

The work is in our Kiryat Gat site, in shift structure.


Industrial Engineering or Information systems Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA

people management skills (management experience or commandership experience) and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
High analytical skills, prioritization & decision making skills in a multi-tasks environment
Proven problem solving capabilities, tactical planning skills, high and fast learning abilities
Multitasking and high coordination capabilities, effective work with stakeholders
