Must have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical engineering or an equivalent 4 years degree.
Must have a permanent, unrestricted right to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Demonstrated team leadership in college, work, sports or military environment.
Strong manufacturing internships during their undergraduate programs or have worked in a manufacturing environment.
Military technical experience at the E8 to E9 or 03-04 range may serve as an equivalent for technical skills.
