Recruiters Challenge: You will Find, Attract and Hire the leading talent needed by Intel groups. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders along the process. You will engage managers on hiring process, market availability (skill sets, trends, and competition), Lead Generation (sourcing) strategies, candidates management, offer/comp strategy, till hiring of the candidates. And all should be managed effectively ensuring the right talent is being reviewed by hiring managers and that candidates are assigned to the right roles and opportunities within Intel based on their skills and career goals. You should communicate effectively with peers and managers to clearly convey staffing strategies, initiatives, and sourcing plans. Manage internal & external stakeholders and strive for day to day process improvements based on data and analytics.
This is a temporary position for up to one year.
