Job Description

We are looking for Administrative Assistant to join the ICG group.

Intel's Imaging and Camera Technologies group (ICG ) is  developing state of the art camera technology that is used in all of Intel's major product lines, widely deployed in many consumer and other products.


What will you do when you come to work?

*ICG is seeking for an experienced and organized individual to provide quality and reliable administrative support.

*Needs to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals & groups.

*Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: types correspondences using current office software applications creates and sustains of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedule for manager and/or department coordinates and negotiates with other admins. The responsibilities will also include organizing FTF meetings and events, managing departmental recognition, tracking headcount and spending serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures Setting interviews for candidates and working closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements working with public affairs on visits at the campus & publications.
