Our team is looking for a Software Product Manager Product Owner, PO in Agile Scrum, to lead RealSense SW Products to success.
You will set the product vision, define sprint success, detailed requirements, prioritize, and approve sprit outcome and be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the engineering team. You will also:
- Create the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of the domain.
- Create and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint.
- Be responsible for managing the Product Backlog, which includes: Clearly expressing Product Backlog items, prioritizing the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions Calculates, measure and track business value, optimize the value of the work the engineering team performs, ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and show what the engineering team will work on next and ensure the engineering team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
- Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to build an exceptional product: the overall product manager, engineering team, scrum master, program manager, customers, marketing.
