Develops and documents electrical validation requirements and tests for verification of Si designs. Investigates and resolves complex issues with hardware/BIOS/Firmware/Operating System implementations and recommends solutions. Uses analysis to resolve electronic issues.Develop electrical validation methodology and solution on new or existing hard IP and IO. Own deliver test plan, test result and PRQ recommendation for product IP. Drive test content readiness in preSi phase. Run Electrical Validation Quality Team EVQT to work with IP and SOC designer, signal integrity engineer, bench validation and high volume manufacturing engineer to ensure holistic analog coverage on specific IP/IO. Provide EV progressive update to EVC Electrical Validation Council.
