Responsible for developing automated test program to enable HVM High Volume Manufacturing of the next generation SOC System On Chip.
Detail responsibility includes developing and enabling test program, hardware enabling, tests validation, debug and failure analysis during post Silicon.
You will also be interacting with teams from different geographical site.
Autonomously plans daily tasks with minimal supervision and develops engineering solutions for complex problems utilizing formal trainings
You must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with experience in semiconductor or board level testing/validation.
Proficiency in programming C, C++, VB and/or Python.
A self-starter with good problem solving and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PC, Processor architecture and HVM debug/analysis will be an added advantage.
