VP/Director, Global Data Center & Enterprise Marketing Strategy
Intel’s Global Marketing & Communications (GMC) Group is searching for a marketing leader responsible for the Data Center business group. Individual will lead a marketing team focused on creating demand for Intel’s products/solutions as well as increasing Intel’s reputation as a leader in artificial intelligence, network transformation, cloud and data center. This role will provide leadership and ownership for the development and management of a single cohesive and integrated marketing plan for all outbound marketing for the data center group across GMC, the business unit (DCG) and the Sales Team with accountability for results. This position reports to the Vice President of Intel’s Business Group Marketing and matrixes to the Data Center Business Group General Manager.
Development of an integrated global marketing strategy, campaigns and marketing ROI for Intel’s Data Center Group products and businesses.
Lead a team to design and develop marketing strategies and execution plans to grow the business in the Data Center, launch of future products and integrate marketing activities across GMC. To include expansion into new markets and building relevance in network, continuing to win in foundation of the cloud, and continuing to energize the enterprise segment.
Demonstrating extensive working knowledge of commercial hardware, software and services technologies and market segments to successfully design end-user marketing targeting LOB and IT/Network/Storage decision makers.
Anticipating transformational and evolving commercial trends and proactively refocus business activities and resources accordingly.
Act as an expert on B2B Marketing with DCG, within GMC globally, and with the global marketing centers of excellence, including PR, traditional and digital media, creative, partner and channel marketing and insights.
Foster strong engagement and healthy collaboration with business units and Geo marketing
Manage budget & resources worldwide – ensuring marketing plans that get executed as planned with Geo partners.
Able to develop and manage business narratives that increase reputation
Create a high performing team that participates in formulating product line marketing strategies and can productively work cross-functionally during the product development, launch phase and beyond, that can work collaboratively across the business group to support marketing needs and can work in a virtual team environment globally.
Lead and inspire a global organization with diverse expertise with the goal to grow and develop in alignment with the business and personal goals.
