In this position, you will be a member of an HR global system team, supporting Intel's HR systems, tools and business processes.Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:1. Ownership of HR systems & tools including analyzing and troubleshooting, testing & escalations to a higher level of support.2. Designing new processes and improving existing processes while efficiency and effectiveness are the key drivers.3. Developing strong relationships with multiple customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify value drivers.4. Taking part in projects all steps of project life cycle: requirement gathering, development, training, implementation and maintenance of Human Resource systems and tools.
