The LAR Student will be in charge of designing and creating branded media to advertise Intel requisitions for 2018 hiring plans. At the same time, the candidate will be responsible to upload prospect information into our candidate database and invite these prospects to complete their profile for all the 2018 events. Perform candidate database maintenance (update information and support tagging / segmentation information efforts) For the 2018 events, the candidate will support event logistics, like location, supplies and/or alimentation that will be provided. For USA Employee referrals, resolve bonus payment claims for the USA 2018 hiring season.
Also Recruiter support in specific areas like candidates’ paperwork, posting in job boards & sourcing. Some research and investigation might be required around new initiatives to improve hiring processes (I.e. video interviews, assessment centers, others)
Core Qualifications* Active Student of any of the following careers: Engineer Industrial, Electronic, Computer, Psychology, Business Administration.* Proficiency with MS Office package. * Fluent English, both spoken and written.* Passion for candidate experience ability to speak in open events, engage in conversation with new people, able to sell a position.Desired Qualifications* Ability to perform "Boolean searches" * Graphic design experience to build marketing messages* Portuguese mid level, spoken and written* Social Media experience Facebook / Linked InInside this Business Group
