Product Performance and Yield Product Development Engineer
Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits.
Evaluate, develop and debug of complex test methods, as well as complex software programs.
Create and test validation and production test hardware solutions.
Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability.
Specifically emphasize on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Data mining and data analysis is a key skillset to have data driven manufacturing solutions.
At least a degree in Electrical & Electronics or similar discipline.
Understanding of the principles behind Analogue and Digital Testing.
Knowledge of Yield Enhancement and analytical methods.
Understanding of IC manufacturing methods.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills. A self-starter
5-7 years relevant experience
Experience in testing Semiconductor devices using ATE or bench test equipment.
Understanding of common semiconductor qualification test methodologies.
Understanding of common semiconductor reliability and quality standards and methods.
Experience with SQL/Perl/JSL/Python programming
Experience with binsplit analysis activity
