Job Description

Quality and time to market is our commitment for Intel's cutting edge communication devices. For the challenging world of our large System-on-Chip designs we are looking for a Design-for-Test DfT engineer to define, implement and verify the scan test related DFT architecture.

We are looking for a Synthesis or DfT Engineer to support us in performing DFT-related tasks in digital and mixed-signal designs. Your tasks would be focused on scan test related topics including creating and reviewing test concepts strong focus on synthesis topics like planning and running scan insertion reviewing scan test and DFT related timing constraints and results STA, analyzing and improving scan test coverage, creating and verifying ATPG patterns supporting pattern bring-up on test equipment, worldwide DFT support in critical project phases.

Our team drives innovation in DFT from concept to silicon. We are a multi-national team and cooperate and work with teams around the world and from different fields, e.g. system engineering, digital SoC and analog/mixed-signal/RF IP design teams, layout and synthesis teams, and test engineering.
