F68 Machine Shop Equipment Technician performs function diagnosis and repairing towards non-functional electrical or mechanical parts from manufacturing equipment. Diagnosis, dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles the parts according to blueprints, layouts, manuals, testing result.Performs engineering work such as electro-mechanical parts/jigs modification/design/manufacturing to support cost and quality improvement of factory. Performs document repairing BKMs and deliver training to outside MTs or Engineers.Assignments are semi-routine in nature. Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and non-standard judgment. High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. Normally receives general instructions.
Qualifications 1 2 years or more Manufactory Technician or Process engineering background with strong parts repair or hands on skill, have PCB repairing or mechanical experience is preferred. BS in engineering or above.2 The candidate should have demonstrated strong learning capability, hands on skill, broad knowledge of electro-mechanical material, familiar with electrical circuit or mechanical blueprint or drawings. 3 The candidate should be well understood Intel key value, safety, quality, risk taking, GPTW, as well as the key business cost. 4 Demonstrated well verbal and written communications skill with different group or modules regarding problem solving and improvements. 5 Well self management for the tasks and projects performed on daily bases.Inside this Business Group
