As a team member in the Drones SW Validation team in Tampere you will be supporting product SW validation, perform Drone field testing activities, enable automated testing, generate scripts/SW tools, perform bugs investigation and follow-up. Also providing high-quality technical reports/bug reports/other documentation will be your responsibility. You are open-minded, helpful, seek challenges and want to show your skills & gain ownership of your own area. You are bringing positive attitude and take initiative in making things happen. You want to highlight and "root-cause" any issue found.

Education & work experience: * Current undergraduate B.Sc. or M.Sc. student from field of software, SW automation or related. * Preferably some related work experience with SW validation or SW development. Competences & skills: * Experience with Linux and command-line tools and scripting * Experience in version control systems, preferably Git * Knowledge of C/C++/Java.* Familiarity with device validation / testing. * Experience in creating technical documentation and reports, working with wiki's. * Excellent written and spoken English language Work tasks: * SW validation and SW validation methodology development * Flying with Drones * Investigate and follow-up SW bugs, take logs and possibly provide fix proposals. * Support in scripting and tools development for test automation. * Actively seek improvements within our work and processes.
