Global Supply Line Analyst

Job Description

The candidate is responsible for the smooth procurement of materials to support Assembly Test factories with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Details of responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

- Materials supply lines planning and inventory management to ensure factories demand requirement are well supported during product start up, ramp, sustaining and EOL end of life while keeping cost in control

- Partnership with key stakeholders on planning model, line loading strategy to optimize the supply chain and resolve all supplier and commodity related issues

- Manage inventory levels to DOI target, timely review & disposition of excess/EOL/non-moving excess

- Perform What-If analysis on multiple product supply and demand scenarios-- PO line management & maintenance, issue new PO, pull in, expedite, push out and cancellation & inventory cross site leveling reacting to latest demand requirement

- Resolve payment issues with supplier and Account Payable

- BOM bill of material algorithm reviews and ensure accurate system set up -- Expected to work in compliance to Control requirements

- Work with key stakeholders to drive commodity and supplier management programs to meet factory quality and service performance expectation

- Work on lean and improvement projects to drive efficiency, process and productivity improvement

- Analyze supply chain data linkage and develop strategies to solve problems or to drive back accountability to the respective org


- Degree in Supply Chain, Business or IT related field

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Excellent orientation for details

- Good communication skills with ability to interact with business partners across sites and suppliers, and clearly articulate thoughts

- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and leadership skills

- Able to work independently, innovative in nature and resourceful working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment

- Challenges the status quo and proactive in driving changes

- Excel at Microsoft Office software. SAP and Programming knowledge is an advantage

- Ability to write and communicate well in English
