Plays a key role in the local and worldwide arena in supporting customers technical and product quality analyses.
Performing technical investigation on customer returns, conducting basic component and system testing.
Advocate customer concern to internal teams, working with Intel internal teams to determine root cause and corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of problem and compose technical report for issue closure.
Responsible for establishing support of new product and drive improvement of the customer support process for existing products.
Strives to proliferate shared learning across sites.
Maintain necessary records and reports of customer issue closure
Master degree or equivalence qualification in Science or Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or Computer Architecture.
Strong communication skills verbal and written and fluent in English speaking.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work with people from various geographies and/or countries.
Willing to work in a diverse environment where interaction will involve customer and internal counterparts from PRC, TWN, Japan and other geos.
