Leads the core team and guides performance of functional teams. Is the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally and externally. Assigns overall tasks to others managing general areas of responsibility in support of program goals. Exercises judgment and discretion to develops solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. Recommends or sets business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as appropriate. Lead from the front with Full Program/Project Accountability. PM drives, assesses, monitors & timely escalates as appropriate to pre-empt issues & meet PoR. Challenge any person/team in the system to meet the PoR goals. Work with program stakeholders internal and external to Intel-India to enable a laser focus program execution environment. Enforce processes metrics, and continuous improvements. Create & Maintain Predictable metrics to enable 1.0 version of silicon to be commercialized by customers. Consistency in successful program execution. Gate keeper to control change requests to the program. Influencing execution throughout the Product life cycle. Product design kick-off to Customer Launch, Volume Ramp & RMAs. Drive alignment across the org to achieve best in class Quality, Time to Market and Cost.
