Area IE Engineer
Area IE Engineers are responsible to partner with the Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer to improve the area by managing area capacity and participating in projects. 1. Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with Intel safety policies 2. Partnering with Process Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to identify opportunities for area improvements in reference to cycle time, manufacturing efficiency, capacity planning, and productivity3. Using statistical analysis to optimize fab performance metrics and audit manufacturing capacity information4. Designing and coordinating projects with other departments5. Partnering with management to develop applications to improve production metrics6. Partnering with stakeholders to position F68 to optimally support supply and demand changes7. Presenting findings and recommending solutions to fab performance gaps8. Serving as data and report consultants with customers and stakeholders9. Driving innovation by researching and using new data modeling techniques or tools10. Driving projects to ensure that deliverables are completed within the required timeframe11. Identifying BKMs and lessons learned and sharing them both locally and globally12. Assuming additional duties and projects as directed by the supervisor13. Innovating and implementing best-in-class predictive models and decision tools to address business needs14. Communicating data findings to diverse audiences15. Ensuring successful implementation of projects into business processes16. Seeking out novel methodologies and tools to better predict and track manufacturing key performance indicators 17. Driving the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources18. Developing best practices, reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations
