This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions for all of Intel's Business Units through a vertically oriented, solutions led approach to Business and IT. The Industry Technical Specialist is the technical counterpart to the Account Executive and is responsible for ensuring that all technical and architectural needs of our covered accounts are understood and that we are working with the customer, our Business Unit teams, and our partners to develop technically advanced solution which help solve our customer business problems and create significant pull for Intel’s products and solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to establish and exercise key technical relationships with our customers and field.
A high level of internal/external customer orientation and collaboration is very important.
The candidate must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills as well as possess problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate has deep technical industry knowledge.
Must act as a technical liaison between our customers and our internal Business Unit teams and have the ability to travel internationally as required.
Candidates must have a BSEE or similar engineering degree, previous SMG experience, 4+ years of technical/ customer facing experience, and the ability to work remotely as part of a worldwide matrixed organization.Inside this Business Group
