Staffing Consultant

Job Description

Responsibilities 

In this position, you will be responsible to conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refer job applicants to specific openings. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral

- Making recommendations on starting salaries, extend formal job offers, and provide applicants with information on the company

- Providing pivotal support in developing search strategy and executing quality and cost effective in-house searches

- Developing and implementing search processes to meet current and future strategic staffing demands

- Conducting continuous process improvement programs to reduce time to hire and maintaining candidate quality

- Playing an instrumental role in identifying and recruiting talent through quality research by flexibly combining conventional research tools, Web-based recruiting tools, databases and in house searches

- Keeping abreast of the latest IT industry developments and trends

- Building up contacts via telephone and/or attend trade seminars and/or exhibitions

- Developing and maintaining a candidate database

- Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and executive search firms

- Preparing strategic staffing documentation 

- Holistically plan and execute Fab68 campus related programs and recruitment


Qualifications

You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include:

- Ability to manage complex data, and coordinate strategies and facilities

- About 4 years+ relevant working experience

- Demonstrated team leadership skills

- Ability to initiate and manage vendor relationships, and influence key stakeholders

- Strong interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills

- Ability to work with people at all levels

- Self-motivation

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin

- Experience with recruiting Web sites would be an added advantage
