Administrative Support (6 Months contract )

Job Description

This is for LOA coverage and is part time.This position is a Contingent Worker CW and is located in Hillsboro, OR. The candidate will be performing various administrative and project-related activities varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedules for managers and/or departments makes travel arrangements maintains office supplies interview scheduling new hire coordination catering office setup and purchasing/PO's manages departmental recognition Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of administrative or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience using Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer
  • Demostrated experience to manage calendars, perform complex domestic and international travel and meeting coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience with Share Point
