Position descriptionResponsible for the recognition, evaluation, and control of occupational risk factors or stresses that may cause sickness, impaired health, or injury among the employees and/or citizens of the community Conducts qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of workplace conditions Liaison to appropriate regulatory agencies Responds to customer and/or client requests or events and Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and professional judgment. Essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Analyze and oversee all Environmental Health and Safety EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. a. Keep abreast of new and existing relevant laws, rules and regulations, and takes actions appropriate to ensure timely compliance and communication to appropriate departments. b. Serve as the liaison with local, state and federal agencies establishing a strong partnership and oversee the response to any inquiries or inspections. c. Influence site and factory management to support integration of Intel Industrial Hygiene IH programs.d. Identify, evaluate and recommend new strategic, creative approaches to industrial hygiene program management and application. e. Conduct periodic program self-assessment and provide written reports of findings and recommendations for improvement. f. Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessment such as chemical, noise, lighting surveys, radiation, indoor air quality and other relevant workplace assessments to identify exposure controls and/or validate the effectiveness of controls to maintain workplace conditions are in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. g. Develop site IH competency/needs/plans with site EHS manager and provide on-site IH support for critical projects.

Minimum Qualification Skills Must Have Skills:a. Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent related degree along with 3-5 years of Industrial Hygiene work experience. preference degree in Industrial Hygiene/ or Chemistry .b.
