We are looking for talented software engineer undergraduate intern to create, develop, test, and support factory automation systems that enable Intel to manufacture leading edge semiconductors. As an automation software engineer, you will create software systems that improve manufacturing output and productivity for Intel factories. The successful candidate will be a member of Manufacturing Information Technology, MIT team. In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, validation and support of automation and software solutions. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-Designing, developing, testing and deploying applications working in all tiers of the application-Working closely with the customers, project managers, business analysts and other developers-Providing leadership through all stages of the software development life cycle and/or product life cycle.
Experience/knowledge: - With background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields - Strong coder with hands-on experience in developing applications in ASP .NET, C, Python, Angular, MS SQL, Data Analytics, IoT solutions, Machine Learning- Strong foundation of software engineering, object oriented design programming concepts and principles - Highly analytical, strong in problem-solving, initiative and an excellent team player - Strong communication and proficient in written and spoken English- Ability to work effectively across cultural and geographical boundaries in cross-geography teams- Ability to operate independently and cope with a highly ambiguous environmentInside this Business Group
