In this position, you will be working as a member of Intel F68 PIE department RDA Advance team, responsible for directing area process optimization and yield improvement efforts for new product yield match/ramp to meet goals.
- Partnering with stakeholders to manager yield roadmap by defect reduction.
- Collaborating with RDA, PI, and YE to address yield and reliability issues for new products
-- Balancing risk and speed of learning for SWRs and conversions and communicating process performance metrics for yield improvements
- Continue to improve Inline detection through RDA tools for baseline defect improvement and defect relative probe bins improvement
- Managing projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required timeframe
