Supply Chain Analyst
Supply Chain Analysts SCAs work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers. SCAs have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement in pursuit of OpX. The SCAs identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies. SCAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements. Some SCAs perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes provide input to system/process design and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting. SCAs may work on several projects &/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget &/or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.Responsible for understanding internal/external customer request and work closely with stakeholders to deliver logistics operation excellence. Which includes operation monitoring, excursion coordination &communication, etc.Managing supplier performance to meet critical warehouse indicators - safety, control, on-time delivery, quality and cost. Driving for continuous improvement on efficiency and cost.Develop and implement logistics solution for new business/new product request.

- Actively pursuing/recent grad Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business degree. Minimum GPA of 3.0 - Overall understanding of transportation/order fulfillment/ supply chain concepts- Basic data analysis and statistical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented, analytical driven, self-motivated with strong initiative and problem solving skills - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentNote : this is a Strategic Hiring for GLO Logistics based in Chengdu, PRC which will be under Rotation for one year under the College Graduate CG Program in CPLG.
