We have a position for Display Software Engineer.Job Description: Responsible for developing multiple aspects of graphics software, display driver development and simulation environment development. Helps in designing, developing solutions for integrated graphics platform device drivers. Works with various partners to fix issues or develop feature sets on upcoming processor graphics devices by analyzing issues in software drivers and applications. Key contributor for implementing software improvements, and recommending future hardware & software improvements. Also responsible for providing internal and external feedback to implement upcoming graphics features in yet-to-be-released OSes to ensure our hardware and software will function and perform as expected on next generation platforms as well as designing/developing/implementing graphics system-level software for future platforms.
Minimum Requirements: Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience or Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, or possess equivalent experience of at least 5+ years in the following areas: - Strong programming skills in C/C++ - Good understanding of Operating Systems Concepts, Computer Architecture and SW Design Principles - Good experience on Kernel mode driver developement- Proven track record of completed software or hardware projects - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to ramp very quickly and work independently Preferred Requirements nice to have: - Experience in developing Windows device drivers - Graphics driver development experience, passion to break design/architecture and find bug is a plus - SW Life Cycle knowledge - Experience working in hardware simulation and emulation environments
