CS Operation Shift Manager
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Supervise facility operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth facility operation during shift. Coordinate and Partner with 24/168hr peers to ensure cross shift execution and consistencies in business practices. Develop Exempt operation supervisors competencies in Operational Strategies, Project management and effective Employee relations/Management practices. Train and coach facility operation employees. Conduct employee performance reviews. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, backup for absent employees, and shift rotations. Coordinate on behalf of CS with production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels. Schedule and conduct shift meetings. Responsible to meet shift operation goals. Operate within standard operating procedures SOPs and Job Hazard Analysis JHAs. Ensure a clean and safe work area. Responsible for Emergency Response capabilities on shift as well as developing solid preventative injury and safety programs. Reporting line: As the Operations shift Manager, you will report directly to the Facility Senior Operation Manager and will be responsible for managing and delivering necessary and Critical systems and services in support of safe, reliable and cost effective services enabling F68 CS facility Operations. You will be expected to lead team of cross discipline professional technicians in the delivery of agreed upon results aligned with F68 Strategies. Scope of responsibility include direct management of 20 Intel employees, varying number of contracted employees, and supplier service contractors. Work on Day/Night rotated shift to support 24*7 manufacturing. You will manage an expense and capital budget, energy conservation programs, and Critical success Indicators accountable for: Safety Good Catch, ERGO, and Injury-Free, Reliability Interruption to Production ITP, Preventive Maintenance PM PAS, Cost 0 Overspends.

Qualifications:Job Qualifications:1 A proven track record of at least 3 years in facilities management, with emphasis and primarily focus on facilities engineering and operations and a minimum of 1 years in people management or managerial role. 2 Experience in managing people and projects across multiple engineering disciplines. 3 Fundamental knowledge of facilities preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance program is critical for this role. 4 Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills. 5 Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and capability of working in full English working environment. Candidates with prior knowledge and experience in facility engineering and operation will be given priority consideration for this role. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in facilities management such as Electrical/Instrumentation control/Mechanical/ Engineering/Water Treatment/Gas Chemical or facility related field. A master's degree holder is an added advantage.
