Provides administrative support to the PRC BMG group. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: Organize and manage calendar/schedules for manager and/or department. Arrange international and domestic travel. Purchase and maintain office supplies. Assist in coordinating activities across PRC BMG group, volunteer events, team buildings, conferences, customer meetings, global/multisite team coordination etc. Support on site customer visits, coordinating quarterly events. Create and maintain related shared folders. Work smoothly and professionally with other admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning.
