Our employees create a better tomorrow for all Intel employees around the world. Position descriptionThis role reports to Chengdu Site CS Corporate Services manager. The successful candidate will assist the Risks & Controls and IFM program managers to interact with multiple functional groups including facilities, Building Employee Services BES, Security, Environmental, Health & Safety EHS and etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Work with OEOperational Excellence team to conduct the regular CS assets cycle count, provide guidance for better warehouse management plan. -Support the regular IPIS audit and office SMBWASafety Management By Walking Around in CS, summarize the results and provide the analysis/action plan accordingly. -Conduct the audit on carpooling compliance. Site CWContingency Workforce sponsor quarterly recognition coordination.-Monitor site CW compliance indicators.-Site CW indicator portal maintenance and upgrade if necessary.-Drive top suppliers EICC Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition working hours monthly submission.-Collect joint recognition data for MRMManagement Review Meeting at quarterly basis.-Assist on shuttle management/communication.
