Failure Analysis R&D Engineer

Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for developing software tools and solutions for the Intel worldwide labs to debug Intel microprocessors and/or chipset in order to improve yield, quality and reliability. FATD engineers have the opportunity to be constantly exposed to the latest Intel product technology ranging from architecture, circuit to Design-For-Test DFT and Design-for-Debug DFD. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:1.Developing web and desktop applications used in Failure Analysis development and lab operations2.Perform embedded firmware coding, integration and verification to meet the requirements of hardware developed by FATD 3.Researching emerging technology for debugging and defining new methodologies and capabilities to test and debug Intel products


1. You must possess a Master's or a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Computer Science/Engineering 2. Knowledge in system level hardware and software programming experience in programming languages - C, VB.Net, Java, JavaScript, Python4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills5. Knowledge in FPGA programming would be an added advantage
