The team develops all Intel’s mobile wireless RFICs solutions which can be found all around us with best-in-class performance, innovation leadership and edge technologies.

Now, when the communication world enters the 5G era, we will be the leaders of the journey! Intel is building it’s 5G RFIC development team, focusing on end-to-end 5G RF solutions. The development includes the most challenging RFIC circuits – ultra-high-speed converters, low-noise/low power analog and synthesizers, MM Wave RFIC design of 30GHz to 70GHz fronts-end and overall leadership of Intel’s 5G strategy.

What will you do when you come to work?

As an analog Integrated circuits developer engineer in the analog mixed signal team you will have the opportunity to influence the development of different blocks which supports Intel wireless transceivers.

Taking part in the team’s activities will require from you to: develop blocks from transistor-level design (mainly CMOS), write design review documents, work closely and supervise layout design, perform top-level simulations verifications and tape out, work on validation test plan and HVM testing definition, participate in validation and debug if required and more.

As a team member, you will gain experience in working with various peers in Israel and abroad, such as the system group, testing group, platform organization and customer application engineers.

Qualifications

  • B.SC or higher degree, in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in developing Analog integrated circuits
  • Extensive experience in designing in Cadence EDA tools (Specter, Virtuoso, Maestro)
  • Experience in ADCs or active analog filters  design– advantage
  • Layout capabilities - advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
