Intern - Hardware Platform Enabling

Job Description

Intel Communications and Devices Group iCDG Lab Team is looking for full-time Hardware Platform Enabling interns in the Taipei offices.iCDG R&D engineers working on a variety of connectivity solutions need reference platforms built by Intel for debug, performance comparisons, test and validation.As an iCDG Hardware Platform Enabling intern, you will be responsible for initial reference platform "power-on", updating BIOS, installing OS, working remotely with peer support organizations in the USA on debugging platform issues, as well as directing any necessary rework with the local rework team.


Qualifications

Academics:- Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering- Ability to work Full-Time during the day while progressing academicallyYou're good at:- Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering- Comfortable handling electronics equipment- Building your own PC- Logic and solving puzzles-The English language- Working independently & collaborating remotelyExtra awesome:- Technical experience with soldering rework- Advocating and empathizing- Superb attention to detail- Great communicator in English and Mandarin
