Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Job Description
This is a critical position in Financial Planning and Analysis team that provides China Sales & Marketing management key performance indicators of budget management in spending and headcount as well as business recommendations to maximize shareholder value of intel. This role is responsible for preparation of all key budget reporting, designing/engineering key financial processes, tracking quarter to date spending status, communication with headquarter finance team in key financial cycles and supporting business by closing the books, analyzing variances and trends. In addition, this role is expected to consistently utilize and apply advanced financial modeling in investment decisions for key marketing campaign and resources allocation and provide recommendations to finance management and business manage for decision making.


Qualifications

- Requires a minimum of 3 years working experience, experience in FP&A and strategic Finance planning is preferred. - Strong Business sense and service related experiences are preferred - Necessary experience of high touch supporting sales organization, essential to be confident in own ability to deal with difficult issues with Sales leaders. - Self Starter & Fast learner, with the ability to acquire & understand business & finance models/processes/systems within a short time be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. - Strong team player with a can-do attitude and focus on a Win-Win philosophy and result driven. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and influence skills. - Ability to understand and work with complex systems and processes is must. - Ability to handle ambiguity. - Excellent English communication, both oral and written. - A Master Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business. MBA / ACCA / CPA is preferred
