In your role you will be responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp Responsible for Class/SDT/Sort Test Program development, debug, Integration and Release Responsible for Test Program Infrastructure and TP owned Module development, debug and implementation, through Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods Responsible for PHI deliveries such as CSE, QA elimination, TTR Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions Requires close interaction with Business Owners, Content Teams, PPY, Sort and Class Factories and full understanding of the technical aspects of the product and full Production flow Autonomously plans and schedules daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

You should have:
Student for BSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Informational Systems with 1.5 year prior to graduation
Relevant courses taken: Logic Design, Digital Systems, Semiconductors Lab experience and work with electronic measurement equipment is an advantage
