Minimal requirement of Bachelor's degree. 2-4 years semiconductor fab engineering experience preferred. Materials or Mechanical engineering experience highly desirable. Ability to represent/execute various supplier assessments Capability, Cu Segregation, Supply chain Health, etc. as a mechanism for monitoring and driving supplier sustaining and CIP roadmaps. Previous experience developing and driving project specific programs across multiple landscapes. Strong ability to influence/drive collaborative programs across supplier-stakeholder landscapes. Strong demonstrated adherence to utilizing methodic systems/programs to drive consistent execution and documentation of supply chain metrics. Demonstrated knowledge and application of statistical process control methodologies/systems. Ability to assimilate and represent factory technical requirements to enable/drive strategic suppliers systems to ensure delivery of sustainable and predictable supply chain utilizing demonstrated supply chain health methodologies.
