Partner Alliance Manager Network

Job Description: 

Manages business engagement with partners for the purposes of Intel's solution business. Knowledgeable about Network market, and able to make/drive decisions on strategic vendors. Establishes business relationship and management, supports technical engagement with field.

Expert in developing and communicating technology products and solutions that solve complex business problems and drive significant shareholder value. Drives activities related to contracts, vendor/supplier ability to meet technical specifications, support, and alignment for the solutions business and RSD-specific roadmap needs. Responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to global sales engineering team, product management and our most strategic partners on HPC, service provider, converged and cloud platforms. Works with internal execution teams to deliver against requirements. Manages partner quarterly business reviews, operational reporting and escalations. Works with technical teams on validation and support processes and escalations. The alliance manager owns the vision of network engagement and strategy to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS with 9+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years of experience. Engineering/Technical domain knowledge required. Experience with Software defined networking. Experience having designed and deployed multiple data center solutions.  Experience developing and managing partners and executive relationships. Extensive experience working in an OEM, ODM or system integrator. Appliance or Solutions background Strong communication skills. Negotiation and contracts background preferred. Strategic thinking and ability to execute, Background and understanding of Data Center/Servers preferred.
