The Customer Relationship Management CRM team is part of Intel's Global Reverse Logistics GRL organisation, and is responsible for managing all aspects of product returns for Intel's EMEA customer base.GRL works with a large number of customers, reaching OEM's, Distributors and Resellers. As a member of the CRM team you will be responsible for a portfolio of customers and your role will be to manage your customer's experience of our returns process. Responsibilities include the delivery of training to the customer, communicating with customers on specific issues relating to the returns process, addressing of returns related discrepancies, analysing customer returns profiles and identifying opportunities for returns reduction/margin improvement, supporting customer satisfaction surveys, engaging with suppliers who provide Reverse Logistics services on Intel's behalf, etc.This is a 13 month fixed-term placement, suitable for students currently studying for a degree in a Business, Computer Systems or Information Systems related discipline, which includes a year's placement in industry.
