TMM Program manager

Job Description
Responsible for managing the TMM 3PL supplier of the onsite HPM warehouses and materials international transportation which includes converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health/optimization streamlined/reliable services and logistics and supplier performance. Monitors the supplier performance in chemical and gas transportation and delivery to fab, empties returns and TMM inventory management in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories. Executes contractual requirements as well as meets with suppliers to discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies. Partners with the supply chain internal and factories stakeholders to drive the best warehouse design, international transportation and warehousing solutions. Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to support factory SLA's and quality requirements. Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization. Works with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain warehousing solutions.


Qualifications

+4 years experience in chemical or gas warehouses managementFluent English in writing, reading and oral communicationStrong communication and stakeholder managementBachelor or master degree in logistics/supply chain managementStrong collaboration and teamwork spirit
