Job Description
The main job responsibilities is driving employees' technical competency partnering with key stakeholders. Need to understand factory operation philosophy, closely work with key stakeholders to understand and fulfill training needs, competency requirement... strategically provide training solutions which could help and support factory business smoothly running Job content will bebut not limited to:apply big data analysis, provide systematic solutions include competency intelligence system build, automation script build training data consolidation and maintenance etc..


Qualifications

1.Education & Experience: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering.2.Preferred major: computer science, information technology, software engineering, etc.3.Good English in both speaking and writing. Have good communication and presentation skill. 4.Skillful in web development, including html/css, js, python, PHP and server deploymentApache.5.Have at least 1 web development project or big data analysis project.6.Knowledge of data mining and machine learning algorithms
