ICG is seeking for an experienced and organized individual to provide quality and reliable administrative support. Needs to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals & groups. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: types correspondences using current office software applications creates and sustains of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedule for manager and/or department coordinates and negotiates with other admins. The responsibilities will also include organizing FTF meetings and events, managing departmental recognition, tracking headcount and spending serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures Setting interviews for candidates and working closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements Working with public affairs on visits at the campus & publications. Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team
Judgment and decision making ability is required in resolving moderately complex problems. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment must be able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication with all levels is required. The person must possess good judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable and flexible with multitasking, adjust with evolving business needs on short notices, must be a good communicator with a high level of accuracy and diplomacy.
