Responsibilities -

In this role you will be part of the software team that develops software tools and methodologies for validation of the revolutionary next generation technologies used in the upcoming Intel products. The team uses modern software design methodologies and development tools to deliver wide range of software applications including SW tools’ framework and infrastructure services, data analytics and reporting tools, as well as debug and automation tools.

Your responsibilities will include design and implementation of the software using modern OO design methodologies; working in close cooperation with Analog Test and Validation teams; in-depth learning and understanding of the hardware architecture of Intel's CPU and SoC products and methods of their Analog Validation; gathering requirements for the validation tools; enabling and maintenance of the software in pre-silicon and post-silicon phases.

You should have

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics or Computer Engineering
  • Solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in object-oriented design using UML, computer system internals, data structures, and algorithms, GUI design
  • Proficiency in one of Python, C/C++, C#, Java
  • Experience with MongoDB and MS-SQL or other SQL-based DBMS is an advantage
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms is an advantage
  • Strong hardware background and experience with lab equipment (scope, logic analyzers) is an advantage
  • Chipset integrated circuit testing and high volume manufacturing experience would be an added advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
