As an experienced Software Engineer in Quartus Synthesis/Implementation Tools team, you will be developing FPGA Synthesis, Placement and Routing algorithms. We are looking for engineers with expertise who have developed similar technologies for ASIC/FPGA tools.
Responsibilities for this position include developing innovative techniques that can improve metrics like timing Quality of Results (QoR), wirelength and congestion of designs. Responsibilities also include coming up with projects to help improve tool runtime and/or memory footprint. Successful execution of these responsibilities would require deep understanding of optimization techniques, static timing analysis, interconnect modelling and other logical/physical design concepts.
