Voice solution verification Lead

Job Description
Validation lead would be responsible for the definition of the test criteria and bench marks that ensure the quality of the voice solution. This engineer should be capable of working on and generating results for Voice quality


Minimum BE in ECE/CS/ EEE or equivalentAtleast 8+ years of experience as a validation engineer with no less than 3 + years as a leadDefining Voice validation and test criteria for various RATS 2G, 3G, LTE, 5GProven track record of defining test environments and readout mechanisms for test resultsDeep understanding of audio and voice validation KPIsAbility to design test environment that captures voice artifactsExpert in handling audio test equipment like CMW, UPV, etcExpert in generation of test results. Must have been involved in multiple process related forums that work on the generation of test results along with data for the development teamExpert level knowledge of scripting language like PerlAnalyze fail test cases and come up with analysis acting as a back office for development teamExperience of validating multicore sub systemsProven track record of connecting development teams to multiple stake holder teams including customersExcellent written and communication skills of the English language
