Global Supply Line Manager
Accountable and responsible for the procurement orders & delivery for Indirect Materials i.e. equipment spares and consumable parts to meet availability for Assembly Test factories with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. The role entails supplier management in driving on-time-delivery performance and identifying supply line risks proactively, partnership with supply line management and commodity management teams to determine the right level of inventory to procure, timely placement of purchase orders to ensure availability of materials to support the factories, managing supplier consignment, managing stakeholder expectations and adhering to controls requirements. Go-to expert for order management and supply chain execution performance. Details of the responsibilities are as follows but not limited to :1.Ensure factories are well supported in material availability during sustaining, ramp and new product start-up mode while keeping cost in control by comprehending factory needs and spending targets. This includes expediting shipments/ transfers, close follow up on urgent and zero bin purchase orders and working closely with factory stakeholders to resolve all supplier and commodity-related issues2.Uses and understands all available resources and tools to support and enable smooth procurement of materials3.Compiles performance data, tracks trends and maintains necessary records for controls purposes4.Manages repair returns, zero bins, shipping memo, open orders, interplant transfers, expedite shipments and consignment. Coordinates disposition of excess and dead inventory. Coordinates inventory /warehouse reconciliation for consigned parts. Addresses settlement issues eg blocked invoices, variances, exceptions, etc. that cause payment delays 5.Develop standard processes and tools to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of order / delivery.6.Drive continuous commodity and supplier management programs which include improvements to meet factory quality and service performance expectation7.Participate in operation meetings to drive department CSIs, programs or projects which include LEAN and process improvements. Responsible for converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health/optimization streamlined / reliable services and logistics and supplier performance. Coordinates purchasing activities such as generating / managing/ reconciling forecasts and schedules. Monitors the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories and dispositions materials for endoflife factories. Executes contractual requirements as well as meets with suppliers to discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies. Partners with the factories to drive the lowest possible materials and service impact to tool availability. Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to support factory SLA's and quality requirements. Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization. Works with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain. 1-2 years of related experience in materials procurement is preferable Good command of English both written and verbal and have excellent and effective communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels.
