Responsible for creating and defining the business process(es) within a specific group or function. Develops requirements and application testing. Develops strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers. Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information. Responsibilities are include data testing and troubleshooting. May perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements. Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.

We are seeking an Analyst of Master Data to join our team.  In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Participate in cross functional projects related to Core business processes for HR
  • Develop and design an audit process to quantify data quality handled by our team
  • Gather requirements, develop and implement solutions within a specific group or functions
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers.
  • Work across different departments identifying root cause of data problems, documenting the quality issues, addressing solutions and implement process improvement initiatives to solve them
  • Participate and perform testing and quality checks during the implementation of new versions of our HR system of records or process enhancements
  • Act as a single point of contact for 2nd level process escalations from our stakeholders
  • Coordinate and respond to analytical data requests from our department
  • Assist during the implementation of new policies, maintaining web page content and updating related documentation
  • Act as subject matter expert and support HR and Core business processes and tasks
  • Collaborate in the maintenance of Core data in HR system

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree related to Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • More than 1.5 years of proven experience in data analytics in a related department
  • Experience in Master Data or Business Analyst role
  • Advanced English level, able to express ideas clearly and simply
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to translate data into information, including visualization and report writing skills
  • SQL knowledge will be considered as an added advantage
