The Partner Client Manager will be responsible for ensuring their assigned sales and partner organization is well-equipped with the support, information, content, training, and knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell Saffron current and new product and service offerings.
The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales dynamics and turn that understanding into incremental partner sales and/or services revenue month over month.
This position reports into the Head of Professional Services.
Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.
Develop customer engagement model to ensure positive customer experience.
Develop competency and qualification plans for partners.
Identify high value retention opportunities within assigned partners and attend visits virtually or in person when needed to retain key accounts
Develop business plan to improve services and profitability
Work with development, marketing and services teams to achieve revenue goals
Coordinate with partners to prioritize, plan and manage service delivery activities.
Partner with Pre-sales, Sales Operations, Training, Marketing, and other key departments to develop and implement programs to improve partner engagement and productivity
Work with Training to define certification process to ensure skills competency
Identify and contact potential partners for new business opportunities.
Provide product and technical support to partners.
Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies for lead generation.
Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs
Has documented success with developing business strategy and managing complex partnership engagements.
Has exceptional communication skills: presentation facilitation, oral, written listening and conflict resolution.
Is able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and from departments throughout the company
Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a virtual environment reporting structure where supervisor will most likely not be in the same market
Has the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Is comfortable networking with key leadership to execute sales programs to increase revenue for Saffron products and services to prospects and current clients
Demonstrates proficiency and mastery of key technologies and systems used in the local sales office Reporting, SalesForce, Campaign Central, Ticketing, Reach Central, Edge CMS, etc
Is proficient in written and verbal communication
Is highly organized and demonstrates ability to follow through on what is agreed upon
15+ years of experience in software implementation in consulting environment
5+ years in partner management
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or Computer Science
Has experience with knowledge management, business transformation and change management
