Come intern with Intel's Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group NSG which is developing Solid-State Drive SSD controller ASICs. Responsibilities may be quite diverse in a technical nature and will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the role and candidate experience. Responsibilities will encompass working on developing Solid-State Drive SSD controller ASICs, which may include writing block-level specifications, designing RTL, writing test plans, creating test benches, verifying designs using coverage-driven verification, implementing and analyzing coverage, synthesizing circuits, or performing static timing analysis.

The candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications: - Must be pursuing a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering - Must posses a minimum of 6 months experience with SW programming expertise in: C, C++ or SystemVerilog - Must have coursework focusing on digital design or functional verification Preferred Qualifications: - Useful courses and skills include: data structures and algorithms, digital logic, computer architecture, assembly language, and familiarity with hardware description languages - UVM/OVM knowledge or exposure to advanced functional verification.Inside this Business Group
