Job Description

Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the company compensation and/or benefits programs. Prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits. Monitors and evaluates the company's benefits programs. Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.


-Minimum Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.-Experience in taking the design from spec to layout. i.e choosing the architecture of block based on system level simulation and defining/implementing the design-Experience in defining and tracking the schedule.-Experience in managing the IP collaterals and team Analog designers and layout designers-Good communication skill.-Experience in interaction with digital logic team to close in inrface. -Good understating of substrate coupling analysis.-12+ years of experience in analog/RF circuit design.-Deep knowledge of analog CMOS designs. -Strong understanding of small-signal models, noise modeling. Stability analysis and noise analysis.-Good understanding of Linearity THD,IIP2,IIP3 etc-Experience with design of LDO/reference/ADC/VCO/PLL/DAC etc-Experience with design of Analog RF front end circuits such as Drivers, Trans-Impedance Amplifiers TIA, limiting amplifiers, etc.-Experience with system level modeling of block either in Matlab or using ideal component in design-Deep understanding of Signal Integrity and Channel modeling. -Experienced with Mixed signal design flow using Cadence and Mentor tools. Able to characterize silicon.-Good understanding of layout dependent parasitic effect. And should be able to work with mask designer. -Working experience with RF simulator spectre-RF for example
